His work Origin and Destiny is part of the sculptural corridor of El Malecón and he has recently developed a new technique of engraving on revealed photographic paper, to make lines with a pointed gurbia and give shades that go from black, ocher, gold and vermilion to white. to color the ¨Tellographs¨ as he has called them. Tello settles under the Cuale Island Bridge every afternoon from 4 to 9 pm.
